9:56 my own front yard….Late start-NOT. Full morning – Went to sunrise with my friend Sonia Jackson arriving at Point Dume early, 6AM. So we climbed down the scary steps to the beach where the surf was breaking big and beautiful. Then hiked up to the top of Point Dume itself for seal viewing – trying to distinguish them from the rocks from which their barks bellowed - then down around Point Dume to take in all the bounty of bunnies and lush foliage, meeting another friend, Patricia Hill, along the way. Then on to Starbucks for a visit with Daryl Dupre, whose smile is there most mornings. And it’s only 10 AM and my heart is full …so on to Agape International Spiritual Center to let some of that spill over. Life is good.
